I'm going to assume that you're not a troll, and you actually believing this. Surely there are people who care about you and who love you, and have expressed concern about your thoughts. Perhaps they have suggested you seek some professional counseling. With all the seriousness and concern that I can muster, I would really suggest you consider going with them someday.

These things that you suggest are not nearly possible. The astonishing majority of the human race has understood this for hundreds and hundreds of years. And yet they were all wrong and in on the conspiracy? Clearly this is delusional thinking, exactly what professional assistance may help with. Otherwise you're likely to continue to spiral down this rabbit hole causing yourself harm
