I think you still have bugsI had bugs but sprayed neem oil on soil and rubbed on leaves . I did three treatments. Meant 1/2 a tsp

Looks more like thrips to me, it costs a good bit, but some of the outdoor guys i know have been using dr. Zymes with great results, doesnt burn up your pistils eitherI thought spider mites because of white spots
