I'm only doing 1 seed of the. Candy dawg. Drop the bean in a glass cup of water last night check on it a few minutes ago and we have a tap root coming out. I should be planting it tomorrow.. Ohh yeahh

Wow that's awesome man that water glass thing works pretty good it seems I do the seed in the napkin trick

About 18 hours sense putting in napkins nothing yet I'm sure tomorrow will be different story

I do both methods most of time I drop it in a glass of water for 24hr then I put it in a napkin follow by a Ziploc bag for another 24. But I ran out of ziploc bag..lol but as soon as I get out of work. I'm dropping it in soil. I'm thinking a 5 gallon pot this time or maybe 3 not sure yet I gotta see wat I have as soon as I get home.

Day 16 they are starting to spread out a little, still under 24hr 400 watt HPS lights, and just gave them the 1st light feeding

The buds on plant 1 on the left seem to have doubled in mass over the last week, they look like proper buds now rather than wispy hairs. Plant 2 is still plodding along.

You can see I also have 1 stem of the Fastbud Blue Dream'matic that was not ready to harvest weeks ago, so I left it to mature for an extra week or so. Read about rodelization and decided that as there was JUST room in my cabinet to keep it I would leave it waaaay past harvest and see what happened. Now on about week 16 and she is still kicking out white pistils and new growth, and has gone a fantastic purple colour. There is a gorgeous smell if you lightly brush her with your hand. I will probably keep her until I harvest the Cookies and see if I get any seeds. Even if I get no seeds, I will have a great coloured bud out of it and it hasn't cost me anything. I don't have room for a run off tray for her so she sits in a plastic bag!

the one i left alone, no topping or fimming. filling in pretty nicely.
the one i fimmed...not sure if it was the fimming or just genetics, but this one is kind of "weedy"..but smells good.
the one i topped...this one is a superior genetic subject...grew like hell, took topping without slowing down, forming up nice, smells very nice...
overall pretty impressed with this strain, could use a little more stability between phenos, though

Fellas I hate to tell yall this but I had a brush with Johnny law had to take everything down and get rid of the girls. I really had a great time getting to know yall fellas. I hope you all have great success with your grows I'll be able to start again in a month maybe two

well, that sucks, but no reason to disappear...hang out till it cools off then get back to work
