Man, we really could do that! If we can get some momentum under this project on RIU, just imagine what we could do elsewhere, too!
Let's make it more of a display of wares, lots of bongs and bowls; have 'most creative smoking utensil' competitions, fastest joint (rolled with tobacco), that kind of stuff. Make it fun stuff to do while you're stoned. Tell everyone to get baked and then go there, to leave their paraphernalia at home, no drugs allowed. Keep everything legal. Over 18 only.
