Greeting from the third world!
This is not my first grow but it's my first flowering plant. I had to dispose of my previous grows, for security issues, before I had the chance to flower them. This plant was transplanted from a DWC system after suffering from root rot into a 6 liter air pot where the roots fully recovered before I switched the lights. It has been in flowering since the 1st of July (first sign of flowering). I have a few issues and concerns. Thank you for sharing your wisdom in advance.
Strain:
Heat Resistant Indian Sativa (estimated).
Setup:
600w HPS Cool Tube.
Carbon Filter.
1 input fan.
2 oscilating fans.
1 exhaust fan.
Medium:
Soil in a 6 liter super roots air pot.
Nutrients and feeding schedule:
GH flora trio. 1 ml-2 ml-3 ml per liter, cannaboost 4 ml per liter and 3 drops of super thrive per liter fed once a week.
Watered whenever top few inches of soil are dry (24-36 hours).
Training:
LST until the plant stopped stretching at day 31 of flowering.
Temperature: 70-75 degrees Farenheit.
Humidity: 30% (estimated).
Light schedule: 12/12.
1) Plant seems to suffer from Nitrogen Toxicity and Deficiency at the same time; some leaves are yellow and other are shaped as claws.
2) GH Micro has too much nitrogen. Should I sick to Bloom only with cannaboost.
3) PH is perfectly fine. Both water and runoff are at 6.8. I just flushed it with three times the container size to reset.
4) Stems are purple.
5) Flowering is too slow even for a Sativa. Buds look under developed and some branches are too weak to support the flowers.
6) Side branches are denser than the top cola. The top cola was the last to start flowering after forcing it with topping.
Other Questions:
1) I have the option of switching to Iguana Juice one part Bloom fertilizer.
2) Roots are showing at the bottom. Do you recommend feeding from the base.
3) A newbie cliche; How much longer and what should I expect?
