The customer service from the Attitude for my order of Subs seeds, ordered Vortex and got the Space Bomb for free promo, was poor so I won't be doing business with them again. They sent me the Apollo 13BX instead of the Vortex. Yes I'm sure they are great seeds but that is not what I ordered. I ordered Vortex and was really looking forward to growing Vortex. I contacted The Attitude and told them about the mix up. The response I got back was that the order had already been sent. No shit, really? How did they guess that? Maybe because I told them that I got the order and it was wrong. Anyway they said that it had already been sent and there was nothing they could do about it. They said that I could send them back the seeds and they would send me the right seeds. At my expense of course.
Look when I order something from a company and they send the wrong product, I'm used to, in the adult world, to having the company make it right. In this case I would have sent them photos of the packaging and the products to prove that what I said was true and then they should have sent me a prepaid shipping container to ship back the wrong seeds and they should have sent the right seeds in that shipping container. After all they expected me to trust them by sending back seeds, so they should trust me to send them back the wrong product. No questions asked.
Also I could foresee the mess of me sending back the seeds on my own and then probably never getting any seeds in return. The way they screwed up this simple order gave me no faith that they would have handled me sending back seeds, on my own, in a professional way. I easily imagined me sending back seeds and them saying they never got them and then I would end up with nothing. Honestly that is what I expected from that situation.
It was their mistake and they should made it right. Hell Sub says he's only get a dollar or a dollar fifty a seed. For the price The Attitude is selling them they could have just sent a package of Vortex seeds to me for free and said sorry for the mistake, then they would have had a customer for life, and still made money on the deal.
I guess in the marijuana seed world, because they know seeds are illegal in most countries, that they can do whatever and we are supposed to just accept it. I don't. Either run it like a professional business or get out of the business. I won't be ordering from The Attitude again. I ordered ONE thing and they screwed that up. It's understandable, everyone makes mistakes but then you gotta make it right if you do. I wouldn't do any further business with any other company that did that with an order and treated me that way; a seed company is no different.
