Thanks so much for getting back to me so fast! As any weednerd faithful knows, you are a very busy dude, and I appreciate your time in reading and responding to mine and everyone else's emails.
I wasn't sure if this was your email, but now that I know it is, I was hoping to share a quick story with you... My wife and I are not rich, we are rich in spirit and heart, just not when it comes to money. We booked our trip to the Cannabis Cup in Denver for 2013 way back in January, using our tax return and saving up for months before. Two weeks before we were to fly out, everything went to hell. My father went in for emergency heart surgery. Then the truck, our only vehicle, broke down. As if that wasn't enough, my wifes hours at work were cut in half due to the economy... I said, "If I could get a refund for Denver, I wouldn't go", but that was impossible. The plan for Denver was for my wife and I to fly out to Denver while my brother and his wife drove from Louisiana and met us there. Upon getting off the plane in Denver, I see no one is there to meet us. No brother, no brother's car, and worst of all no money that my brother owed me. At that point, I almost tried to change our return flight home for the next available flight, just to make the horrible-ness stop. What I would find out later, my brother was arrested and held in Texas the whole weekend, after a bogus traffic stop. Needless to say, things weren't going right, but we decided to continue on... Thank goodness we did! Because on Saturday morning, a dude named Subcool, took the time out of his busy schedule to leave the medicating area and come out into the alley at the Exdo Center. You took time to shake my hand, give me a hug, talk with me about the great weather that weekend and told me more about the Dr. Who, AND if that wasn't enough (which it was), I got to get a few pictures with you as well. One of the those pics of me and you is now my Facebook profile pic, and it won't change soon! You single-handedly turned around what was some of the worst days I've had in my 32 year old life. Thank You.
