Here's my WW at day 25 flowering, the tallest buds in the middle are 22cm from the screen. Had a bit of a leaf yellowing problem, hopefully corrected.

You can repot whenever you want. They look big enough to me. You can flower em now if you wanted, but id wait awhile longer. At least 8 inches, imo.

cheer for that D.C take it moby will be ok just let her dry out
Moby will make it just fine. It seems like the end of the world when she's all droopy and sad looking. Check out my second album and you'll see some 16 day old plants that were over-watered, and you can see how well they progressed once I fixed things.

Your moby doesn't look near as bad as mine did, so your plant should recover fairly quick. How many days since moby was watered?

Do you do the lift test when deciding to water?

Are your plants getting any nutes yet, and are you using the run-off rule currently?

no they are using what is in the batmix and i do use the run off rule ,do i just let a tiny bit run out each hole or just the one hole, got clay pebble's in bottom for drainage, batmix was mixed at 3ltr's batmix to 2ltr's perlite so it was not to strong so i was told

I was asking about the run-off because it really doesnt apply to young plants when not getting liquid nutes. We do it as a mini-flush when we water, but Im sure more than a few newbie growers use the run-off rule on plants when it really doesnt apply, and can encounter problems.

Im glad you mentioned the clay pebbles. Heres a important link for you to read regarding that:

http://www.puyallup.wsu.edu/~Linda%20Chalker-Scott/Horticultural%20Myths_files/Myths/Container%20drainage.pdf

Read up on her other myths. You'll learn some good stuff there.

On a side note, has anyone ever rubbed their stems and smelled them? I decided to do it, and 1 smelled like hot vomit, and 2 smelled like dog shit, while one had a pleasant smell. Heh. I think Ill grow a more enjoyable smelling strain next time.

As long as your rootball doesnt collapse the plants will be fine. She also has a myth regarding transplants and scoring the rootball. Read that one as well.

The problem is because Dutch Passion offers the worst genetics you can get.
