so i already killed one male, now i got another one im pretty sure is male. for like days this "one ball" has been on top of the very center very top of the plant. showed female signs [white hairs] and ive always seen the balls grow in twos so i thought this was just a calyx. for a minute here i just assumed the top part was a swollen calyx when i discovered balls right beneath it. well what i think are balls. [lets not even joke around here i only had two plants from the get go so if it really is a male this is devastating] better safe then sorry ill ask opinion before i hack the damn thing down.

290412-0907.jpg i know quality is bad but you can clearly see a pistil on the center right to the left. a hermie isnt acceptable either id rather just hack it down so lets hear what you guys think

damn that plant can have so many uses. u could make more seeds, u could move it outside and see if the weather kills it if u live where its cold, u could save it and plant somewhere and ruin someone elses crop (im sick like that) lol.

yeah, id rather cut my loses and just kill it. doing next grow right, spending whatever amount of dollars to get fem seeds because obviously luck is not on my side with the bagseed. my roommate smoked the leaf off of the last male after they dried he said gave him a nice buzz high lol.

grow 5, clone them, and determine sex b4 putting too much energy into them. or just flower the 5. gotta be a girl in there.

as for your suggestion im all for laying down a couple seeds right now, i think i will also order some and grow those as well just because who knows the bagseed im working with could just be shit. i have tons of different kinds from different plants so im gonna find the big fat brown ones. and yes ill clone to take advantage of this opportunity to start the SOG. so ill start 5 now, and start ehhh like 2 when the fem seeds get here, sex then clone and start the SOG.

sounds like a plan.......good luck. i have 5 "Kush" seeds going, but have about 4 weeks left on present project. i'm going to veg them outside, and LST. when box is empty, i'll pop the 5 in there on 12/12, and as soon as fem's show pistils.......clone them. see which fem i like and keep her offspring as a mother. flower on with the fems from seed, and take a break. growing is a prison.

right? it kinda sucks, especially after a failed grow. ill be writing notes on your cloning dude so make sure to add details because i heard you gotta be very exact, and use grow hormone. i know nothing in those departments.

grow hormone IS NOT neccesary it just speads things up

take the cutting on a angle so u have a larger plat area from the cut for roots to grow out of
make tthe sides of the cutting nr the cut rough wit the bak of the blade so roots can break thru easy,then do ur normal thing after that,
like i said hormone aint needed it just speeds shit up

'Scrog' did give some boss advice. I've heard people yielding oz's off one plant from growing 12/12 from seed.

cool, and alright nice to know its not required id probably just pick some up. I'm trying to learn because ive been tossing the SOG idea around in my head and i really want to do it, Also if i have the mother plants grown like scrog suggests i can get rid of the males and use the female clones to make all female grow. plus SOG perpetual can get you up to 2 pounds a month [al b fuct method] im gonna give er a try.

plus along with the bagseeds im purchasing Purple Haze fem seeds via attitude so obviously ill wanna clone those as long as i can. just clone, make a mother plant outta clone and be able to smoke good purps foreva! lol

ive heard that as well, will look into it. yes 12/12 works great plus i want to do perpetual sog which can yield a shitload. al b fuct reports he gets 2 pounds a month.

Brother, Atleast save some of the nut sacks, dry em and freeze so when you want seeds you can pollenate the a female in the future crossing genes and not needing to buy more seeds,
