Damn, we just drank them. It was pretty good, but still a lil' sweet and super bubbly like champagne. I'll definitely do the the recapping thing if I ever have that problem again. I don't plan on it though.vent the bottles by cracking the lids and then capping them 2 seconds later.
My latest bottled batch is organic raw agave nectar with tart cherry concentrate and a cup of golden yunnan. I ran out of hops but the tea does a good job. I've used it before.
