THELOADEDDRAGON'S 2009 Outdoor

bongsmilie nice bush! :peace:

Thanks... Its damn good to see you on...

I just transplanted most of the Sensi Star into 4 inch half gallon pots just like the Purple Kush. Now I am totally tapped out of soil.... this is bad, :(.... all cuttings seem happy, and that is good..... I dont know what I am going to do....

Nice setup, you have everything you need to be self sufficent. You said you were going to plant a lot of plants and if you have them all started inside until they are a foot you will have a hundred percent succes rate and all females. You cant get much better than that. good luck and thanks for the updatebongsmiliebongsmilie:eyesmoke::eyesmoke: O yeah for your soil issue, depending on what kind you use. if you wanted to use a soiles mix to fill your wholes, you should look in to getting a pallet of sunshine mix, i use #4, just my two cents:peace::peace:

Yeah things are looking up cuz...
Theloadeddragon is going organic!
Yeah, I found some pretty decent soil not too far away... I was just hoping I wouldn't have to do anymore digging. I am going to bring it closer, sift out all the undesirable material, and make my amendments mixing really well (horse manure and vermaculite and perlite and whatever else I can get a hold of)......

2 1/2 months. I took a set of clones around Christmas, but my extension cord got unplugged and they all froze overnight one night, :(. I only lost six, so it wasn't too bad.... but that would be the bud that I would be harvesting RIGHT NOW!! :(, and that really sucks, cuz I could use it.

i feel you there. could always use some herb lol.
so whens everything going outdoor?

loaded if you are gonna bring in soil from the outdoors into your grow room, id suggest looking at a way to sterilize. just for the protection of your ongoing crops.

ive used steam carts in the past, but maybe you can figure out a small version, of that idea.

thanks for the support guys, I have just been digging... anyways. Of the 30 clones that I took a couple nights ago.... none have died yet, :). I lost the whole last batch of clones I took a few months ago (probably because someone left the lid to the root hormone open sitting outside, :( ). I decided that I am going to put 15 of this batch outside, and flower the other 15 inside in a few weeks. I am going to take another batch of clones tonight... not sure how many though... I am growing for a good few people now and I can't remember what we set the maximum number of plants to...??? oh well I will look it up later, cuz I think its almost a thousand.... and I am only at 32 so far so no big deal. I think I am almost done negotiating a good price for all the soil I need, :). I will post about that in a couple of weeks when its transplant time. For now, babies growing roots, taking more cuttings, digging that endless hillside.... oh yeah, and I trimmed a qp yesterday...

My spots on a hill, too. But I didn't even try to start leveling it. The hill face is facing south east I believe and it hits perfectly for about 10 hours a day without casting many shadows over one another. Biggest project next though is taking down an old 20 ft oak with a hand saw..
big ups on all your work so far!

I didn't dig anything until a rockslide happened.... then when I was cleaning it up I was like, might as well... everything is vegging and doing well. Cool cloudy weather has kept the mothers happy outside. They will do well outside for good. Some plans on the mountainside have been put on hault for a little while, :(... Im waiting through it though..... hopefully everything goes smoothly...iether way all these plants are going outside to meet mother nature next month.... thanks for the support guys~

so your going organic... nice.

Yeah its the cheaper route... just waiting on a truck load of horse manure to mix in with local soil I have been screening... then add 10-15 gallons of perlite, worm castings, a wheel barrow full of granite dust, 20 lb.s of oyster shells, and a couple bags each of FF OF and Harvest and Bloom soil..... we'll see how it turns out, my hopes are up, :)...

thanks man..... things are going well, :).... I just finished transplanting some more clones that have just taken root (that's why they are all bent over like that) All Sensi Star in the orange tray (just transplanted), and all PK above on to of the tub. All Sensi Star in the propagator...... and don't worry they have got plenty of light and airflow, and plenty of love.... yes I see the yellowing tips... their new roots are drawing in little bits of already available nutrients as I type, next week I expect they will have two new nodes each (on the PK), and one new set on the Sensi Star, they'll be just fine, :).

...... well, you'd be surprised how few people I am able to supply.... 5 last year (medical patients that is), and Im up to ten this year. It goes to seriously ill and disadvantaged patients, delivered on a monthly basis as I can, and they pay ABSOLUTELY nothing! That is one of its greatest healing powers for me... Any ways.... Momma's are loving it outside, I have given them three baths outside since they have been outside :weed:(they get a little bit of sparse shade in the mid afternoon, around 4 :) ), watered twice, and fed once in between.... they are telling me they are almost ready to give birth again :hump:

Im so happy.... these mommas are literally growing right before my eyes...... and science/nature is one my side that: The lower portion and insides of the plants end up lacking in light that is taken up by the overall canopy, and quite a bit of the inside branches and leaves die off as a result. Cuttings are best taken from the inner lower portion of the plant, and the plant uses quite a bit of energy to grow these branches and leaves and keep them alive despite the lack of light as long as they can. So by cleaning out the inner lower portion of the plant I am making that bit of its life a little easier as long as I don't take too much and severely stress/stunt the plants (which I haven't done and don't plan too). This will make their branches stretch out a bit more, and put more energy into that new growth and all those budsites, while Im not losing out on the lower/inner portion of the buds because most would be more sparse or die etc., and I am turning each of those branches into a large healthy plant itself.... :D..... just happy, :D

looking good loaded .. can't wait for the end result :) ... clones are looking healthy ... shit and u reminded me ... i need to put mine in larger pots

hey that looks really nice .can we get a stem shot of those 2 please

I'll take stem shots after they have recovered from the next cloning session and I have put them in the ground in the two perfect positions I have picked out for them (yes they are going in the ground in the 5'x5'x5' holes I wrote about last year! Organic Baby!)....
