Wuddup guys,

So i just got my thermometer finally for my tent. its a Growbright indoor-outdoor thermometer/hygrometer.

There are two readouts on it, theres one screen on top that says outdoor, and one on bottom that says indoor and reads out the humidity.

So i put the censor into the tent, and i fixed the readout to my wall outside my closet. Now, which readout am i paying attention to now?? do i pay attention to the temp/humidity at the bottom where it says indoor, or do i look at the temp only readout on top that says outdoor?? the top one is hotter than the indoor temp, but is hotter inside the tent than it is outside in the room im growin in. I dont get it. Can anyone elaborate here for me on what im supposed to be paying attention to??

thanks in advance.
-K1.

*there arent any instructions with the god damn thing btw, otherwise i would have read them, lol.*

Indoor temp and the humidity are measured at the display, the outdoor temp is measured at the sensor on the wire.

You need to swap their positions.:peace:

i use both
i hang the thermometer up about 3/4 the way up in my tent and put the sensor at canopy height so i know the room temp and the temp at the top of my canopy. that helps to know how close i can keep my light.

Your main unit is best off at canopy level 'cos that is where you want to know the humidity, then put the sensor up high.:peace:
