these 2 plants???

Have been together since they hucked their shells, they have had the same everything, one is done right at the 55 day mark and the other has grown a full 14 inches taller and is just starting to bud but the bud goes two ft down the stalk, what gives??? is it just stalled or gonna take alot longer???

Mayb the other one stunted or some kind of lockout?
do they both recieve same amount of lumens?

ya thats what is so weird they have never been more than 6 inches apart their whole life and i have a 400 watt hps and side lighting on a 3 x 3 tray

there never gonna be completely the same.

will it eventually fill out or die off or just linger in weed limbo for months???
