Im doin my first grow with bag seeds i got the seeds from a good bag of greenery..:leaf:i wanna know how they lookin so far....there 5 weeks and 2 days old........veggin.......im using miracle gro nutes.....thats all i can afford im broke...lol.....but i think its going good so far..........i dont know the strain of this green cause like i said they bag seeds........im just looking for some experienced advice and tips.........im using two cfls 26w and 30w on 3 plants cant really afford more lights right now due to bills but i take them outside during the da when its not raining..........and im thinking flowering the biggest plant so any tips anyone......thankz n advance:leaf:

good job so far ! very good idea to supplement with the natural sunlight imo.. is it possible to get some of that indoors via a window ? that way u can add some free light and use the blinds to control it when you go to flower? Good luck, and I look forward to seeing your progress :) also can you move your current lights closer ?? I would... Dont have much exp popp'n beans but they do look a bit stretched to me..

p.s. HAVE FUN!!

thanks for the tips............the lights r actually an inch away i just them out to take the pics i had streching problems earlier do to the light being so far but i fixed that problem

My first grow as well...its certainly a learning experience!! I used bag seed, miracle gro soil and started using the Miracle Gro nutes as well. Soon after I started have TROUBLE!! After doing some research I realized I was OVERDOSING them on the nutes (even though I was feeding at a VERY low dose) and they were getting the WRONG combination. Im currently flowering and everyday I look at my girls and wonder how much better I could have done...I still have pH problems and Im basically just trying to PUSH them through to the end. My advise to you....READ, READ and when your done...READ SOME MORE!! Id strongly recommend backing of the nutes as the MG soil is loaded with TIME RELEASE nutes. Invest in a pH test kit (very inexpensive) and READ SOME MORE!!

pretiate dat Melissa im only using MG nutes i got the tomato food and the bloom booster for flowering..............i really dont kno what kind of soil i got i just kno it was cheat as hell.............lol

lookn good for your first grow just make sure those cfl are an inch or 2 away from the plants cause i do see some stretchingon the seedlings but everything else A ok with the mg ur using mj doesnt really like mg soil is to hot so for nxt time u might wanna upgrade to fox farm witch is what i used as a begginer but if u want explosive results sunshine mx #4 with canna nutes works fckn awsome like rediclously awsome .... but all in all great start and try to learn as much as possible this grow i will garuntee ur econd one will be alot better .........remember light,soil,nutes,and pot size are the thing u gotta look at if u want big quater pound plant or at leasr close to it

wats gud ppls man i took my babies outside today cause it was nice and sunny.......i guess it was too sunny cause some leaves got little burn spots on em..........question?............will the burn spots spread? or will they just sta that size?

i got some preflowers goin idk wat sex they are im raying for female tho (ofcourse lol) i hope so tho..........the calyx on the inner nobes the look like there sticking kinda in an angle and the inside r opened up

Your plants looked good until I read how old they are... for over 5 weeks, you're looking at some VERY stunted plants... most likely due to the lack of light. If you're not concerned about yield or taking an extremely long time to finish, like I said, they look healthy so you're just looking at a plant that might take half a year to finish lol.

They actually bigger than this now I just ain't updated the pics yet and I topped them .........my inner batches has two calyx cummin out I hope they r girls at least one
