Thin leaves on new growth

I know I have seen it listed somewhere what causes this but have never had this issue before. Can someone fill me in on the cause of this. It is the only one doing this for now.

Soil is fox farms
12/12 from seed using Grow Big, Tiger Bloom, Big Bud, epsom salt, superthrive
1000 hps
1.5 months old
pH is @ 6.6

If you know for sure what is the cause I'd appreciate some help here. Thanks.

Not sure of the strain, but it is jam up bag seed from a friend of mine locally.

The heat in the room is about 95 at most times. That is with a window unit blowing directly in the room which is 4x4. I have heard putting fans directly on it to see if that changes it but not sure what it is. Nutes may be the reason. It didn't begin doing this until I threw in the Big Bud nutes. The others are doing fine with the same nutrients.
