i woke up and this idea HIT ME

denver and washington dc are legal ........so i could buy something in denver take it on the plane with me to washington dc and not break any laws


correct ? as long as it is under a OZ
feedback please.....anyone with a lawyer on retainer for a case can u ask them

That's from TSA, however you would be transporting an illegal substance across state lines and in the feds' eyes its still considered a felony. So I don't think you figured out a loophole at all

not looking to transport pounds or anything........just want to get my seeds cheaper .....make one trip a year pick up 100 or so come home
20 seeds is cost me near 200 220 with shipping

all good took me 20 years but as of this year i have a medical defense ....worst they can do is fine me now ( my regular doctor said i should be allowed to smoke and rehab wrote a letter to court saying i am not a addict i have a medical need for it )

if i did not ask i would be locked in prison by now ......but if i could get on the plane with a few joints and TSA said nothing i should bebale to get 100 seeds home no trouble

NOPE. ANYTIME you step onto airport property you are entering a Federal jurisdiction. Therefore, just bringing weed with you in the car to Denver International Airport property is a Federal offense.

i am down with federal prison .......it is nothing like state ......put me in a cell with a tv keep me doped up on the meds they would legally forced to give me ....at some point the meds get so strong they have to remove me from general pop i no longer have the ability to defend myself do to the drugs .....so i end up in trusties part ( and then they are forced to give me work only way u are allowed to be in there so i make even more good time and get out in 1/3 my total time with no probation or check ins required) ......and anyone that does not know the path of shit into jail is tho trusties ...we see everyone in there so we run the black market in there (last time i was library duty was on mail duty....i directed ppl to books that had msgs for them)

federal is nothing compared to state ........state is where the horror stories come from as they do not give a shit but federal all those watchdog groups....as long as u are a non violent it is a club fed for u
18 months and under is jail time ( did year total for weed charges over my life time ....just having not selling)
19 months or more is state prison

i break out my pack of smokes drink my drink and light one up as we dive to 10,000 ft and keep smoking until the plane lands .......at that point it will not matter me having something like that or smoking on a airplane ....hole where ever counts for more and i will have gotten insurance (to get home i might ditch the stuff and drive at that point .....unless i am allowed to wear a parachute on the new plane)

there is almost no chance i would have to land in Texas or Arizona ......no pink underwear

ppl that know me would except just that ...well they would except me to have a bong and laughing the whole way but i know i will never get one on in carry on

There was something about this on the spokane wa news a couple weeks ago i know you can fly in wa with cannabis and i think wa to Oregon google them they post all of their old stuff on their website KHQ and KXLY

Incorrect.. the federal government still classifies MJ as a "dangerous drug" in the cole memo. And if you check the schedule MJ is still a schedule 1 drug.

If you actually read the memo, diverting marijuana from a legal state to another is not allowed.

From what I understand airports are state property but because they get federal money they might have to follow federal regulations. WA I think has what they call a "carveout" or an exception because of state rules. However this carveout does not apply to interstate travel.

the head of the DEA was fired/quit over her views on weeds....the prez said if the state allows it the DEA should respect that ./...(she is the reason the weed shops on Washington state got raided she ordered it ) .....then the Federal government dropped all charges on the shops

the horrible bumfuck state of maryland ( with in 60 miles of West Virgina/ Virgina /Pennsylvania and Washington DC)

they have medical weed but they have spent 3 years working on the paperwork to allow it and in all that time they made 98 pages of rules dealing just with the plant ....but nothing on oils or foods so i got to wait 2 more years before i can legally buy from my state

Even with the defense, the crime is still a misdemeanor. Additional fines/penalties are applicable if use is in public or more than one ounce is in possession at one time.

Cole is not the head of the DEA. The memo was to show the position of the federal government and legal states, and under what circumstances where they would enforce. I'm showing the courts position, not enforcements position.

Why is buying seeds a problem?. I usually just buy a few seeds, select the phenotype I want and clone from there.

i am a auto grower ........i cycle my strains so i always have something different ...trying to find that one strain that does the prefect job ...but until then i mix and match the smoke like blending tea

i spend about 600-800 a year on seeds
