I say no, based on the leaf color and thinness of the buds in the photos. Let her go a few more days, possibly up to 10 or 14 and you'll see those flowers fatten up and get more dense. The leaves will also pump out any remaining energy and nutrients and begin to turn yellow and brown. You can cut now and most likely be quite happy, but I guarantee if you wait a bit more you'll see a noticeable difference in size and colors.
