ok sg ive been thinking about the nutes a while too ive been readin n talkin h andg all the way you wanna get aqua flakes
with the multi zen bud xl top booster shooting powder and alien extract hat will make for one killer mixture i talked to a grower for a club about h and g pretty much only thing he used and he use the uc system very easy to use those two are like peaches n cream pretty much good in any hydro system i can understand hesitating on the switch you get very good results and have great control over your nutes def may wanna think twice before changing your schedule but then again there is always better right lol sg either way yopu go man your making the right choice and you know it enjoy my friend

oh im a gonna start up soon next few days ill let you know my man keep up the great work

Weekly rez change tonight... here's what they're getting for next week.

Week 4 nutes
16 gal tap water
60 tsp Ionic Bloom
12 tsp Ionic Boost
20 tsp Silica Blast
20 tsp Hygrozyme
12 tsp Greenfuse Bloom Stimulator
40 tsp Sweet (Berry)
Ph: 5.8 EC: ~2.05

hey i was wondering if you follow the suggested nutrient amount..
cuz i heard of some growers saying they never use what the thing suggest and usually puts like half or less..
what do you think about it?

Start off at about 1/4 stregnth and work your way up slowly each week. Some systems like foggers or some DWC systems prefer lower concentrations. The recommended is 4tsp/gal, so 60 tsp for 15 gal of water. At max I do 60 tsp to 16 gals of water. You have to keep in mind I'm using boost and a few other additives too though.

Thanks man. I thought it was slight over nuting too, but it's localized to that one 'hot' area under the light. I'm thinking it's a result of light bleaching rather then nutrients or I would expect to see it on all the plants. I know I'm definitely running them a tad strong though, those leaves are dark green.

Thanks man. I thought it was slight over nuting too, but it's localized to that one 'hot' area under the light. I agree man its okay to slight overnute so long as you dont kiill all the leaves. Great grow keep up the good work. Ur fellow michigander.

Damn man... your pineapple express plants are fucking BEAUTIFUL!!! i was writing on my thread saying how im ordering ONE PE seed from attitude 2morrow actually since theyre havin that big deal tomorrow.. spend lik e$32 and get 7 FEM seeds free!? but yea ur the hwole reason im deff goin with the PE.. but anywayz.. sum kid was like u shouldnt get PE.. even tho the movie made it out to be good.. its really not.......... lmao. iw as like whooooaaaa.. h.o. lol. here check out this journal.. adn showed them ur 1st journal.. i was like this was his 1st grow.. adn he has grown at least 1 PE in every grow since that... tehres gotta be a reason.. hahaha. im so excited to try it!!

i have a WW growin right now.. its about 6 weeks and 3 days into flowering.. and i have a super skunk thats veggin for like 1 week.. and im ordering the seeds tomorrow... i wanted to plant the PE so i could flower it this next grow.. but i dont think im gonna have time. =/ cuz i like to harvest my plant(s) and then thrw the other plants into flowering right after.. but i dont think i'll have time to.. =/

ooo well. regardless. im gettin those seeds man.. and i pray they turn out 1/2 as good as urs do.. deff subbing to this journal as well. Keep up the great work man... +Rep!!

haha yea man the PE is my safety net. Had 1 my first, 2 my second and I have 3 now my third. Hell my 4th round I'm gonna have 7 PE and 3 LA woman. The PE is amazing, nothing I have has fucked with it. I do have some Afgan Kush and Northern Lights x Skunk 1 seeds waiting to become mothers. Perhaps round 5 or 6 I don't know, but the PE will be atleast 50% of my garden for the foreseeable future.

Make sure u give her a 3 week veg minimum, if you let them veg for 5 weeks they will be monsters... in round 2 with a 5 week veg I averaged 3.75 oz each pe plant, I had one of each pheno. O and she loves nutes, I dunno if ur a hydro guy, but I pushed 2.2 EC all day with no burn. They also hold up to light bleeching better than most other species I've worked with. GL

yeaa i was followin ur 1st grow.. and I saw the 2nd one.. but i just stumbled across the rest of them.. and i am amazed! Yeaa im gonna see how good they do for me.. i usually grow under CFL's.. and pulled 3.15 ounces from my 1 WW plant last grow.. and am hoping to get somewhere around that with this one. but Im gettin a 250 watt HPS for the next grow.. I only grow 2 maybe 3 plants at teh most.. soo 250 watter will be fine for me.

and yea, 3 weeks is when i usually put them into flower. i let this WW go a lil over 4 weeks.. and shes a monster too. lol. soomaybe ill let the PE go for 4. allright, ill be sure to give her lots of nutes then. =) and naa i havent done hydro yet.. sumthin i'd like to try at some point. but for now.. im just usin soil.

thanks for all the help & tips man.once i finally get them goin and flowerin ill let ya know.. you'll probly be on ur 6th grow by then.. hahaha. but im sure you'll still be growin the PE. thanks again man

Its funny because everyone is like I'll just get the 150... then before u know it, it's the 250. haha same thing happened with me, I was like I'll just get the 400 because it's a closet and I didn't have a fan. Then I got a inline and was like damn well now it's too cool in there, I need a 600. And I was half tempted to order a 1000 for my tent the other day. Lol it never ends bro, but HID lighting is the shitttt.
