If you really expect help you need to provide details. As the plants look light green - yellow it could be pH, over feeding, and/or insufficient lighting

I see your plant is in some kind of rubbermaid container or such. How have you been feeding this plant and what? What latitiude are you what conditions did this gurl come up in? Are you getting a runoff when you water this plant? Did you use mycos when you transplanted a;sp what type of soil do you have it in? Can you see roots at the top of your soil? Once you answer these I may be able to help point you in the right direction. keepem green dirrtyd

it is around 2 months old, started flowering 2 weeks ago, it was all good until then, it has started yellowing a bit and i transplanted it 2 days ago. i watered it a day before transplant so i didn't water after transplanting.

i watered it today with 2ml grow and 2ml bloom of biobizz.

it looked better after i watered, it now looks pale and light green.

i can see some roots popping from top of soil, does it have anything to do with what's happening?

From what you have just said I would say it may be in schock. Also you should not see roots at the top of the soil that fast in two days. I would say something went wrong in your transplant plus something was going before transplant. Good Luck dirrtyd

You should always water after transplanting. It gets rid of any air pockets in the soil. Not saying that is what is wrong here, just saying. Good luck!
