OK, just to be clear, what I've seen you maintain in your posts:

If I live in Missouri
If somebody is on my sidewalk.
If I get scared, like if a kid screams while playing a game and it startles me.
I can wave a loaded gun in their face.

Is that what you claim?

The offer of diversions happens pre trial dipshit... often made to save the tax payers money ...in my district they are required to offer you a fast track

I read the extracts you posted without links. I just didn't see any objective facts that matched the sections you posted. You are unwilling or unable to provide them. So, I've just condensed your posts into a few lines.

All I'm asking is confirmation whether or not this is your assertion. I'll repeat:

"reasonable fears" would include objective facts that make them so. What objective facts would allow The Pudgies a defense of reasonable fears?
