Around here people use two locations to beat the 45 plant coop laws.
One location is veg the other is a 45000 watt flower location.

They do well.

Again, no proof he was doing this though that we know of.

i tried like 3 years ago to do perputual harvesting 4 - 5 pounds every 2 - 3 weeks what a fucking gong show it was non stop working after getting enough plants to chase each other this is probably the only time i was ever really scared of growing fuck the 35 years they give me the chair lol
i mean over 700 clones at all times 150 plants in flower 350 plants in veg in all stages after 4 months of getting to first harvest and every 2 weeks after i did month and half worth and was burnt out constantly drying buds house smelt pot matter affact everything smelled like pot
and believe or not started getting headaches cause of it more like migranes from constant smell
and burnt right out
the day consisted of either cloneing , trimming or transplanting absolutly no fucking life

For sure it becomes work and from watching it I can say I'm not interested in doing it.
Huge dehumidifiers, trim crews.
Fuck all that.
I think the hardest part is finding workers that are reliable and not loose cannons.
If it were an illegal state that would add a whole new level of gloom n doom.

truth is i wanted to be the next pablo hahaha and so with that fairy tale ended your not going to get rich growing weed end of story..
unless you do massive scale 1 - 2 time shot pack up n leave take money and invest ..
TBH at one point instead of growing there was more money making clones when i had clientele 700- 1000 a day in cash besides you working for a living lol specially just before out door planting .. people were buying them unrooted i just make a tray they put it under there own light so clone in tray mist cover and tape tray around into garbage bag and out the door

30lbs smoked a year is asking for serious health trouble id bet. The guy has no excuse, except for using his sick wife as an excuse to save is ass from fucking 7-9 years worth of cannabis. I dont keep things for mass production such as baggies and shit, but its hard at times to sit on a crap load of weed and not sell it when someone begs you to buy it.

In July,I was busted with 3 plants that were less than 3 feet tall grown under 3 LED lights. One of the plants I harvested on Friday before the Monday of the laws arrival. The other 2 plants were to be harvested in about 5 days....The cops took the plants and my lights and other paraphernalia and I was charged with maintaining a dwelling , manufacturing and paraphernalia . I had a 10 k bond after seeing the magistrate I walked out and went straight to my attorney. He told me not to worry he'd handle everything and he did.Several weeks later I received
A LETTER from the NC. tax people saying that I know owed almost 6K in fines and penalties and $4.00 a gram on the 1128 grams confiscated in the bust....Now I may have gotten 6 oz's of dried bud off of the 3 plants but they weighed the green plant with the root ball and possibly some soil as well and came up with 1128 grams. In this state there is a law requiring anyone dealing in illegal substances to purchase a tax stamp and display it and of course I didn't have one.
Leaving myself open to the additional penalties and fines on top of the $4.00 a gram tax levied against me. After reading up on this law I found out that a large percentage of the recouped monies goes straight to the arresting officers department. I don't mind paying taxes on the dried product but I find it very unfair that they weigh the whole plant root ball and all. My attorney is in negotiations with the state to try and reduce the amount of money they want from me.
We'll see how it goes.....I was a proponent of legalization prior but now I'm much more vocal in my disgust with the current laws in this state....I feel for anyone who has gone thru this situation or may soon find themselves in this situation.!

when I was warned ahead of time not to play the game.

well it depends how they weigh it, in certain states branches and supporting stalks are not considered., not like the cops are trimming it, i mean if there are additional stems and stalks laying around...or if they weigh in the pots..thatd be fucked.lol
