Looks similar to the light burn I get when the leaves bump into the cfls for too long. Or might be nute burn. Notice you have some nice new growth so I dont think it anything too serious. Might move the lights back a bit if you can. Maybe try plain water for a week or two and see what happens. Guessing it either one or the other.

nute burn. flush with fresh water and should be fine. doesn't look too bad, just get onto it STAT n maybe reduce your nute strength a little after you've flushed

use as much as your plant needs. Now this is the tricky part to growing. Figuring out deficiencies and correcting them. you should be feeding atleast 5 times a week, untill flower @ 1/2 strength. People think the more nutes I can give without burn the better. Thats not true, the more nutes the worst taste.

If you are growing with tap water then that is your problem.

I don't know why you recommend dirt in the hydro forum Diknuts.

Lilpup, you have classic Mg deficiency
caused by using tapwater.

Use RO on your next grow
and you wont have this problem.

They are wrong.
You do not have nute burn.
You have magnesium deficiency caused by too much calcium in the water you are using.
Not all bottled water has the calcium removed.
Only RO and distilled water have the calcium removed.
Rainwater is another source of calcium free water.

You have too much calcium.

Adding more magnesium is not the answer
as some would lead you to believe.

The only way to grow like a pro, is to use RO.

When you finally switch to RO
you will never look back.

Get an RO machine from ebay
and hook it up to a RO only rez,
so you will have a supply
when you need it.

Dirt or hydro,
RO will pay back big time.

If you switch to RO now you will have a slightly better yield
than if you continue with tapwater.

If you use RO for the complete grow,
the plant will have the Mg stored
in the roots and leaves.

Then it uses these stored nutes
to build dense flowers.

The amount of Mg in a plant would fit on the head of a pin,
but it's distribution throughout the plant is critical.

THC production cannot occur without Mg.

Getting the nutes in the correct chelated form
and in the proper proportions
will increase the % THC the plant can produce.

Organics works.
AN nutes work well.
Most AN nutes are organic.
