Richard Stengel, "President Elect" Biden's transition team leader has opined that some speech should not be protected. Gee, big surprise there.

“It’s a fair question. Yes, the First Amendment protects the ‘thought that we hate,’ but it should not protect hateful speech that can cause violence by one group against another. In an age when everyone has a megaphone, that seems like a design flaw.”

its not 1932 when false info you told your neighbour just resukted in your neighbour thinking you are an idiot. In todays world bad info can have horrible consequences

Can you show me where every person in the United States "consented" to being a subject of the United States government ?

While you're at it can you show me where Police are supposed to have some kind of duty to protect people ?
