I grow in coco and don't go over 800 - 900 ppm even in flower. 900 for a week old plant? Seems excessive. As far as adding anything else you already use more stuff than I use and my plants do great and I have no deficiencies and very good yields. Which leads me to believe that I don't need to add anything other than the base nutrients I'm using. The more stuff you add the more difficult it will be to figure out what is wrong if you have issues later on. If what you're doing is giving you super fast growing great looking plants why would you change what you're doing by adding anything else? The biggest benefit you can give your plants are light and good environment. Nutrients and additives are the last thing on the list for achieving good yields since just about any nutrient will work just fine if you have the environment dialed in and as much light as possible.

Week old in 7gal pots? What media are they growing in and have they had a feed before?

That should last them for a couple weeks before the pots dry out.

Good luck.

Im only giving 460ppm base nutes...all these are half of what the bottle recomends..growth is great really fast over a foot in one week...

They are well over a foot tall
I got my small plants living in 3" square pots atm and one of those in a 7 gal pot wouldn't need watering for 3 weeks. :)

I'm deliberately keeping their growth rates down tho as they are clones/plants cut off the 12 girls in their 7th week of flower downstairs. Once the mothers are harvested and evaluated half at least will be getting tossed or used for experimental purposes. The chosen ones will be put in bigger pots and grown aggressively. The mothers are all first run plants. 6 strains and not all are gonna be keepers.

Trying to find someone to give that bigger plant to but no takers yet. Hindu Kush and I there is 2 little ones of it in that tray. Just got that yesterday and it holds 24 perfectly for mass watering. Just pour it in and let them soak it up. A couple days ago I stripped off almost all their fan leaves to slow them down and get some side branching going. Got a little carried away. lol

These girls are only 8 days old..few laggers in there but thats normal with clonesView attachment 4379263
Grow bags eh. I've never used those before.

They should fill up that space pretty quick. Do you have more room for them or they staying put?

Mine are a bit crowded but with the 1000W riding back and forth on the light rail light gets down there pretty good. I have the 4 scrawny CBD plants in the center and light gets thru them pretty good to hit the kush and other big leafed plants well enough. Day 42 of 12/12 in this pic.

I'm not into coco but from what I've read about it it needs regular multiple waterings every damn day.

As to a flush I would use your properly prepared feed batch as the last of the water you put thru right as you flush. Supposedly it's damn near impossible to overwater coco and it can't get any wetter than soaked so it's not going to hurt anything. I would do the same with the peat-based ProMix HP I grow in but I never flush or get any runoff to speak of but will be doing a 50% runoff in the next couple of days. I'll be using our tap water and follow with light bloom nutes and carbo for what should be their final feed. The last feed they got was just RO water with K only. I'm using Mega Crop nutes for the first time and really liking it after almost 20 years of using AN nutes.

It's not good for the plants to flush and let them go for a while with a suddenly lowered EC then push the EC back up. I always watered, fed, watered, fed but am now feeding less with every watering so they have a steadier EC level at all times. Seems to work well and I'm looking into a drain to waste setup to save time and labour.

You'll be kicking ass with 6K of light! I'm a 1K grower at max. but doubling my grow space very soon.

Damned ambitious for just your 2nd grow. You're gonna blow a lung out smoking all that by yourself. ;)

Be very cautious about tracking bugs into the grow space. If I even walk across the lawn I change my pants and socks at the least before visiting my girls and have a pair of old sneakers that never go outside. And no pets in there!

With the jungle you'll soon have getting rid of bugs would be a nightmare even in veg and if they take hold in flower it's grounds for eating a shotgun. lol

I must have around 100 or more grows under my belt and still learn more stuff about pot every day. Getting into making fem seeds and serious breeding some decent strains I've made or gotten from fellow pollen chuckers I've met in various forums the last decade. Getting heavy into CBD crosses and delving into auto plants for growing outside next year. I'm way up in northern Alberta and we almost had frost a few days ago so regular plants can never finish outside as they won't even start to flower until the middle of August this far north. Wife put her tomato plants out early this year about the 21st of May because the weather had been so nice. 3 days later woke up to 4" of f'n snow! Most survived as it was warm and sunny that day but it's been way wetter than normal all summer so her yields look real low. Started with 60 plants.

You might find lots of good info in the .pdf books in this link so grab what you want while it's still there.

I found a great spot to download FREE POT BOOKS. I downloaded a grow bible first and got lots more. Books look great and complete like the real ones I have here. No web site but just a page of links. Just right click on what you want and then "Save Link As" to download so they don't open first as many are 50+ megs. They got lots. Enjoy.
