This is my plant 3 weeks in flowering, how much longer before she begins to produce buds????

I’ve also got the shitty “1000” watt amazon lights. I’ve got 3 of them for 490 real watts giving me around 60w per sq/f. I’m getting pretty good results but still could be way more efficient. Just for an example for you.
