Ok so my roots over the last week or two have gotten completely out of control!!!

I started with OG clones about two weeks old and have vegged them for about a month and a half and the roots have completely outgrown their 6x6 cubes what do I do?

Well I guess not what do I do cuz I bought a rockwool slab 3 feet long cut it into 1 foot sections and placed my rockwool cubes on top so the roots could keep growing it was the only solution I could come up with that didnt force me to change my ebb and flow setup of spend a bunch of money.

They are very rotted though! Is there anything I can do about this cuz I think in a few weeks they will have grown through the slab and will have the same problem so im looking for solutions now.

I have some pics the roots on one outgrew the bottom by about a half in all the way around the bottom. . .the other two plants had rot but nothing like my bigger plant. . .

This is the bad one its crazy how thick the roots are they are more dense than the cube!

Here is my thumb for scale and to show how badly they outgrew the 6x6's

Here is a pic or two of my other two plants. . .

How do I get rid of the algae? It has given me problems since day one!

Here is one that looks pretty healthy! =)

Alright Im done with the pics let me know what you all think any ideas suggestions solutions are all welcome!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Happy tokin'

the roots shouldn't just be growing in the cubes!!!!! i take it they are hydro, get some mesh fibre for the tray the plants are sitting in then the roots can grow along them, will be spread out nicely and not out of control like you said

250 watt MH and 250 watt HPS in a dual fixture reflector I think its the Sun systems VII wish a had gotten the 400 by 400 instead of 250 by 250 i could have 6 plants in there instead of 3!
