This is what the water looks like in my area; do I need to filter it?

Water quality report by the MWS here. Someone told me if it was over... I think 400 PPM (TDS?) coming out of the tap I should filter it? I do not have a PPM/TDS meter, and to that end, can anyone recommend a decent one? Cheaper is better but if cheap is bad quality than expensive is fine.

Also also, can anyone recommend a good reverse osmosis under the sink filter? Gonna be swapping out 25-30 gallons a week.

Thanks!

If you buy a zero water pitcher filter thing, it gives you a free PPM tester..a cheap one will tell you the ppm of your water...but by that report it sounds fine.

600ppm from the tap before ph or nutes here.
I find it a good idea to used bottled water for seedlings or foliar feed
