If someone can please tell mke what do they think about this strange plant - it looks like a big cannabis plant but, then again maybe not?

if it aint you mite find something new! lol na, dont really, i would (id smoke anything) but you shouldnt, its not weed but damn it looks similar, not going to get u high, but it has to be related in at least a small way. boy if it dont look like a tall sativa, where the hell did you find this thing?

I understand the seasons and how they effect flowering of cannabis. If left alone, in a few months it would have had some buds.

Smell it? Dead give away, if it smells like weed then it most probably is weed or idk maybe hemp?

Sure looks like a nice big sativa to me. Its sad someone pulled it up before it could show its glory.

All those of you that are saying its not cannabis are just silly. There isn't one thing about that plant that doesn't look like cannabis sativa grown in the sun.

ok, then ill use strong words, THIS IS NOT MARIJUANA DAMNIT! but if you pick 5 or 6 big leaves, dry them in the sun, rollem and smokem, if you get high than it is pot and im wrong, its just i see these allot here in ky, i use them and a vine that looks similar in leaves to cover up some areas in my woods, when they find it they think its weed but later confirm it is not. my weed is much deeper in the woods.

To me, pictures one and three look like they could be some sorta landrace sativa or hemp, but pic two looks much more like some sort of Japanese Maple. Are all three pics of the exact same plant?

My friends - The reason the plant was pulled out of the ground is because
THE POLICE in my area thought this is Cannabis - but is you guys say
it's not a cannabis plant then the guy they arrested can claim it's a mistake?
