I kind of miss the early days of my plants being sprout-lings. all cute and tiny like babies.

Now they're like beasts.

LoL How are you going to feel when the time comes to chop them down:shock:
I will be crying and listening to How Can You Mend a Broken Heart by Barry Manilow

Here are the chorus lyrics so you can feel the pain:

And how can you mend a broken heart?
How can you stop the rain from falling down?
How can you stop the sun from shining?
What makes the world go round?
How can you mend this broken man?
How can a loser ever win?
Please help me mend my broken heart and let me live again.

They do a lot more when they are small, every day is different and if you missed 3 days and take a look they are always so much bigger.

Yes! The little seedlings are adorable :clap:BUT I LOVE the 'monster' plants. :fire::fire::fire: You can always grow little seedlings quite quickly but it takes time and patience for the MONSTER plants.:blsmoke:Gotta love the beasts. I think:-|

i don't think it is strange to enjoy the delicateness of a young seedling. knowing it has so much potential provided it can overcome the many obstacles it will face.

I think it is the combination of the need for protection combined with the potential a youngster has is what is most appealing.

Well that and getting smoked up to the bejeezus!

i just tumbled 3 net pots full of hydroton all over my 2 day old seedlings i almost flipped my lid being they are my last seeds and they got raked across the coals, but those little buggers just popped right back up ready to scrap:mrgreen: they gonna be good monsters, But anyway, when you finally harvest and have to killem its just cuz they gonna die anyway their life is ending, you just want them to donate thier organs to you:bigjoint: one hand washes the other you know, i support them for all thier lives and they just gotta pay up at the end:bigjoint:
