this situation sucks

hey guys, its about getting mmj

i have been growing about 2 years, well at least trying to grow, because i have been learning all this time with a lot of errors

i live in baja california, Mexico. I was born in tijuana, and in this country the MJ situation is faar away to become like US or europe

i have back pain since 15 (im 20) and i went to 3 doctors, all of them said if because in growing, bla bla...

they took x-rays, and nothing.... then i took pills and nothing....

and i just stop wating my time and money with that

i have asked doctors in san diego (via internet) to get license, but i need to be american...

my father tried like 15-20 years ago to get residence, and the case is "in line" ... he actually get more $ than the required to get residency.... i think the case is stopeed because my aunt(live in vegas) got broke $ like 10 years ago, maybe that affecting somehow i don't know

and its sad because i cant do nothing about it!! haha i cannot ask for residency obviously, i have no records, or even age legal in US

of course i dint start smoking pot for the back pain haha, i just figured it out later that i can smoke and be legal haha like everyone does


is there a way i cant get a license? buy mj in the dispensaries maybe?

ps. this back pain is 24/7 literally , it never stops, i never find a confortable position and im always twisting and pulling my bones ... its so anxious beacuse it doesnt matter how hard i twist, the pain its still there

if you're not a citizen, it won't happen.

Gotta have a California ID to get the recommendation, and also need it to enter dispensaries.

Given where you are located, and your particular problem, I would think that if you REALLY wanted to you could spend a few hundred on a good ID

I've done nothing, just throwing out my first idea if it were my situation..... but i'm not familiar with any of the three topics.... medical status, immigration, fake papers.... but i do know that it does happen

find some joke of a doctor to write it up for you i would have to look up the current regulations but if it is in dispensaries your should be able to get it for either arthritis or back pain... maybe if they give you a cream that has caspacin in it, you can say that the caspacin has burned your nerves to much. and the stems are now burning with no hope of stopping and try to get it for that.

i went with a guy to a sd, CA clinic.. we were tourist. and were willing to try anthing to get our hands in the cookiejar aka dispenceries..anyway we came up with the idea on the flight over.. 30min after gettin room and rental car.. we stopped by kinkos, my bud, forged a lease agreement that stated he lived there for 2 years. signed it copyed it again dated and signed in ink..
he only had his hometown id, which they dont play with mj in his hometown..one of the worst as far as that goes.. but 150 bucks, 20 min and oh i cant sleep blah blah.. we left with forms. went shoppin. and his card arrived 2 months later in his home state.. easy breezy

i had simular situation gettin mine in co.. but my family had to help me with the proof since theyve lived there forever. but comming from outta state co is alil more difficult. in my experience..

reaally? is there any doc overthere that is willing to give mmj without having id? i mean, of course im giving him about a $ 100 from me 4 making the favor, im gonna make a research online, i think its gonna be hard to find a joke doc in the net huh

so the same day you guys came to sd, just signed, piad 150 and they gave mj right away? haha nice

if i get a fake id, i think its gonna be a problem, because you are saying they sent it 2 months later, and the fake comes with random adress :S

im really gonna try it hard to get that licenese!!! for the border crossing issue there is no problem, i always cross with joints/pipes and its not hard, the key its not to worry and act all cool you know, a lot of times they sent me to secondary inspection, and run the dogs over the car, and they never notice the bud im hiding on me, crossing on foot its easier for me, its quicker(safer).

I'd focus first on finding a good connection (not a dispensary, a person) in Cali.... you'll get the same bud as the dispensaries, with better prices normally... the medical status is just to keep your ass out of trouble as much as possible.

actually yeah,i guess that will work better, thinking it better, in case i get the residency or citizenship i will became legal growe or something.

In this case i guess its not worth it, i thought the prices for medical patients were a lot cheaper....
i can buy 1 g for 20 bucks in the streets, but its just too much money.

20 buck is what i get paid in my work (sat & sun)

my best bet is to grow some chronic...

but i dont know if to buy some seeds from a seedshop because i think its too risky putting my name and home.

maybe some of you guys can sell me some seeds, i can cross the border and we can meet wherever u want in SD

have them check you for something called syringomyelia and have them check you for chiari. This could be the cause of your back pain. My 11 year old sister has it and it is really sad. She is getting an operation in Spain this summer for it. I agree that if this is what you have you should be able to toke up legally. To tell you the truth, the pain is never gonna go away. It will get worse with age. And you are gonna want something to help you with the pain. And what better than a plant that grows out of the ground and not made by some chemist in a lab that has long term effects that fuck with you. But seriously get checked for that. and do research on it.

This situation sucks for sure. You're willing to risk serious trouble so you can have your herb for your back pain. Serious props.It sounds like it's going to be very difficult to get medicinal marijuana in the US. If you are extremely desperate than I suppose using an invalid ID or trying to get things that way could be an option. I wouldn't reccomend it at all, however. You're talking about international laws here so be careful. I feel for you bro, keep it up and you will find a way.

and yeah the pain is very sad... cause it never goes away im always looking for solid edges, so i can bend my back in a U shape to pull all the bones, and it feels so good, the relief, but in 5 seconds its back again.... all this twisting and pulling seems like im warming for a footbaill game :S

its so bad that mexico dont have MMJ system... there is a lot of people in needing of cannabis to help them .

i dont think im gonna look for fake ID, and the get license, cause i live in mexico anyways, and the prices are the same as the streets (i cant afford chronic prices) i will try to get some MMJ seeds so i can grow my own "medicine"

yeah it really sucks bro, and more for what u are saying, right now the Mexican-US situation its sooo hard that i almost preffer not to do anything and let the pain keep going, just doping with dirt weed that doest have the propper medicinal properties...

also my levels of anxiety have increase with from 2 or 3 years... i have been able to control it, its not so hard, just need to relax and dont think about it, but its too hard!!! sometime i feel like pulling out all of my back muscles and bones!!!! just grab them and take them out to not feel anything anymore!!!!

stop asking for seeds or you will be banned.... any sales/trades/gifts/etc of illlegal substances is prohibited

One thing, listen to gogrow... You're smart to weigh out your options next to the risks before you jump into something. Try to find somebody you trust to break this down with in person to gain some more insight. The best thing to do about this now since you have basically unveiled the entire story on a public forum is stick to the real world amigo. There has got to be someone you can rely on to help you.

I'd say that you'd be better off trying to find someone in person and not online..... because 1)people tend to be more sketched out online, 2) i'll have to ban you if you try publicly, and 3) YOU are much safer/better off with someone you've actually met....

just one man's opinion/experience though
