well i have 4 going now. the largest seems to be female not 100 percent till tomorrow though. then i have three others hoping to get 2 out of it. as long as my big one is a female i might be looking at 4 ozs and that would be so awesome. my last two years ive done pretty good but this one im doing right so i cant wait to see the results

4 oz's? Not to bash brother but as long as you dig a 2x2 hole and fill with decent soil that should be easy... Last year was my first grow. Did just as I said. The only bloom nute I used was mollasses and it gave me 6 zips.. And I used no veggy nutes..

was that only off one plant?

Yes it was... I got 12 ounces total. But 6 ounces from the only plant that i actually dug a hole and filled with decent soil gave 6 ounces. The other 6 plants added to the 12 total but 1. I dug holes and used only native soil.. and 2. They were sativas so they didn't get enough time to finish in the crappy Michigan weather.

thats pretty good.... sounds like you had a good spot with alot of sunlight. this year is my first grow and im trying to have it be stealthy so i can only do a few plants and they have to be bushy. so im hoping 1-2 ounces per plant at least. did you have strains? i only have bagseed

the one plant that did good was an indica... and it was a random purps bagseed. All the sativas that didnt have time to finish were super sour silver diesel haze.. still had 2 weeks to go but the climate wasn't for it. It was my first grow

well i would be expecting 4 and be suprised if i take in more than that. the nutes im using is a custom blend from the golf course. i told my buddy what i needed and talked to the horticulturalist and hooked me up with some good stuff. i have one at 3 ft right now and three at a foot. so we will see once i know whats male and female. last year i had started 8 and ended up with 7 females but floods got to all of them but 2

if they are already that big then i would be expecting more.. but expecting less and getting more is always good! Remember they stretch 2-3 times theyre size during flowering depending on strain...

Great guys!! I never tried outdoors!! I just germinated 6 seeds indoors under 400W. MH., and since I can only keep 2 for my indoor set up, I might move the rest (of the females, if I have at least 3 in total) outside and let it grow on their own without supervision. I live in the city, no car, so if a transplant it will be someplace hidden in the woods and I will only check them out at the end of August ...

Which brings a question : if I dig a 2X2 hole and fill with rich organic soil+worm castings, then transplant ... do you think it might live AND bud if I let it grow on his own all summer, no attention, no extra nutes?

Your going to need to give it nutrients after the plant eats all of it out of the soil.. probably a month or so. I mean, im sure it will live and bud. but the yield, potency and overall quality of the bud will suffer...

Thx for the input. That's what I thought, but I'd be happy with any yield and any quality, even if somewhat inferior to what it could be with extra nutes and care ... otherwise I will simply trash them. Hell, finishing with 1/2 or 1 ounce per outdoor plant left alone is better than throwing them in the garbage ;) I'll give it a shot, feed them if I can (full dose of nutes every 2 week-ends at max) and we'll see what happens!

i would use a 5 gal bucket and fill it up with your soil and put the plants in that then bury the bucket so if for any reason you have to move it or anything you can quickly do it
