Thought coco coir couldn’t be overwatered? My plants are droopy! Help!

Hello guys, so this is my first ever grow, I’m growing in coco+perlite 70/30 in 2.5gallon/12Litre fabric pots. I have been watering every 2-3 days once the coco becomes fairly but not completely dry and once the pots feel light in weight.
I am growing 4 plants, 3 of them gelato and 1 of them blueberry, I have been giving all 4 of them the same amount of water+nutes and watering all of them at the same time always.
The 3 gelato seem to be doing fine, they’re nice and healthy however the other one has been droopy for a couple of days.
I posted a thread on here about my droopy seedling 2 days ago and a few people advised that coco coir can’t be overwatered and I should be watering daily with a 10-20% run off. So after being made to think that I’ve been under watering, I gave them water+nutes to all 4 of them with 10% run off last night.
After watering them last night, the droopy seedling has become even more droopy which confirms it is overwatered even though I’ve been watering every other day once the coco becomes fairly dry and the other 3 plants seem to be thriving.
Can anyone help or advise me please, I know they’re different strains and they reach and behave differently but is the drooping due to overwatering or not?
Please note they are roughly 15 days old and yes I know they’re small for day 15 but that’s because I started them off in the final 2.5 gallon pot which I’ve researched plants grow slower compared to small pots to start off with. I also didn’t feed them nutes until 8th/9th day.

You should just be watering around the plant, not the entire pot. Water where you imagine the roots are. Sounds like you are giving a gallon of water to plants that only need a few ounces.

Mostly been watering around 1 litre (0.2 gallon) but recently half a gallon to get 10-15% run off.

The only time you can overwater in coco is when you have a small seedling in a large pot......like yours.
Feeding will be a challenge until the roots are well established.

Not sure why you started them in such big pots,just laziness?Ill transplant 4 times before they reach their final container..

That’s waaaaaaay too complicated.

Overwatering in coco is giving it water and leaving it to lose all the oxygen (3 days) repeatedly.

If you had just watered everyday you would of been adding more o2 in the fresh water and it wouldn't be a major issue.

So you've got a root system that's lagging behind, but lefts face it its not even that bad so it will pick up but might not keep up with the others.

Stop worrying and do a bit of research on how to treat coco.

Just to point out a few things -
first, I've had droopy strains before, not related to water, are we sure this is not genetic?
second, any chance its just sleeping?
third, I've seen plants start doing this and then just die within the next few weeks, unrelated to water, are the roots healthy?

What sizes do you use?

I go solo cup to 1.5 gallon to 5 gallon to 15 gallon.

every time man, when i water i water, if its good shit, it will survive. transplanted mine on day 4 from cup to 4 gal and watered till runoff straight away, i always water till run off, no mater the size of the pot. plus, some soils like canna terra just need to be kept moist, otherwise you can struggle to proper soak it again

This guys sprout isnt even big enough to transplant out of a solo cup.

This is how I water my autos when I drop in a 5 gallon pot. I come back in 5-6 days and check it.

I start in a 1 ltr airpot and transplant to 2.5 gal. airpot at two weeks........coco doesn't require large pots because of the frequent feedings.
You can grow a tree in a 3 gallon pot with coco.

I must have been lucky in hempy buckets, just kept sloshing water at them and they kept lapping it up, was the laziest easiest growing I ever did.

thats my plants before transplant, one is 3 the other is 4 days old
