was thinking about buying a cheap mobile home and using it just to grow. Anyone have experience with this? Probably would run 2 1000 watt flower rooms and 2 600 veg room.
Thoughts on mobile home grow?

they are not well insulated so summers are a pain running lights and ac. if you are in a park the meter is read by someone who would know if the electricity usage is too high, they are easy to break into and ventilation can be a problem.

did that once and it turn out great. I had an old mobile home and I striped everything inside to set up my grow room. it was in a ac'ed garage and I was running negative pressure to be sure odors wouldn't leak out. warm air was blown straight outside the garage.
Like @backtracker said, if it's a good idea only depend on the location and how secure it need to be.

For reference you need to watch trailer park guys, lots of good tips! Also some great tips on moving the load over the border using trains lol. Honestly I would think it's not a bad way to go if you can keep it stealthy and no not in a park, geez

Building a stand alone, dedicated building is the best way to go.
I'll tell you that depending on where you live. Doing that right will cost around 25K+ for a 24x36 complete.
Your idea can work. Blocking windows and odor control will be an issue.....So will proper electrical wiring needs! 20 amp lines will be needed!
100 amp service panels are pushing the low ends of needs....

Trailer parks while finacially attractive have the worst demographic nested in what you may believe is a secret garden. People that live there dont claim to have a second home that's a shit show that they only frequent at odd intervals thats diametrically oposed to section 8 lifestyles. Yep been there done that. Dont....

Up here it's typically retired, old, and very nosey people that live in parks. I have old nosey people living beside me as well but their scared of me, I target practice in my yard lol.
