Threads 3 a light, if I say I can get 4, will you just ask if I can get 5? Idk, never tried, I'm going to guess no. Yield per a given space/light is a bell curve, and I'm pretty sure I'm near the top of the curve in my setup. Not worth my time or effort to try squeezing more out. I'll take 2#+ every 5 weeks, with little effort, over 3# and having to be down there every day, should be fine for my needs. I'm not in a peenuss swinging contest here, just stating my observations.

Doing 3 in a tent/small room vs a warehouse is two totally different things

Trying this now, because I've always defoiled. I can definitely see three a light being a thing with the right strain, plant layout, and in a vert setup, like I have. I'm sifting through a few phenos right now of sour banana sherbert, a skull candy, and space monkey pheno, which I've just started using this technique. I'm starting week 3 now, and there's two that I'm sure could hit three a light, ran exclusively. All have responded really well, applied two days. I'm sure a sizeable amount of growers can hit three a light with my setup, too. I run 1600w, but yeah...8x8 vented area, 1000w vert barebulb, 12-7gallons pot-to-pot around the bulb, schawazee(?). Qp a plant=3lbs definitely doable. Like I said, I'm sifting through just 5 phenos atm, but 12 cuts from whichever phenos that look like they'll yield the most in 2-3 weeks will be thrown in this type of setup with all fans removed accept for the tops. Lastly, I do run a dual spectrum 1000w hps hung low and a 600w hung above the canopy. I'm sure I can hit the equivalent with 1600w

I think a few of you are confused. Shazzing doesn't focus on removing all of the fan leaves. Sure you remove some fan leaves but the real thing is to remove all the bud sites except for the top 3 or 4 on each individual future cola. I don't understand how people get these things so mixed up no where do the three a light guys say remove every single fan leaf and the op messed up big time by removing the top fan leaves rather than the bottom ones always always always trim the bottom never the tuff near the top the top leaves are for tucking or if they're really large and blocking put Sun then trim them in half like you would the leaf of a clone

Is a scam I defoliate pretty good in different weeks and find it very beneficial to my harvest but I've only done 2lb's a light and they were pretty big plants. I guess if you sell something with a promise someone will bite on it.

lol.. dude literally just used paclo growth regs to get gigantic colas and used the pics to justify his 500 price tag.. don't waste your money..

reasonable defoliation, c02, good genetics, and proper care will get you 2 to 2.5 per light.. if you really want 3 per light go ahead and get that "ornamental" crap, but karma is a b*** *just my 2cents
