wow 24-8-16 seems pretty good for veg and switch over to something else that has little/no Nitrogen (N), VERY high Phosphorus (P), and some Potassium (K) during flowering, so something like 1-10-5 would be good then. since the numbers are really high in the one you are looking at, I can tell it is a chemical fertilizer instead of an organic one. Some people say organic tastes better, but the N-P-K values of those fertilizers aren't nearly as high. And if you over-nute w/ chemical ferts, you can just flush the problem away when it shows up. you would have to live with the problem if your going organic. chemical ferts do sound more appealing.

That dirt supplies your plant with nutes for a full 3months. Does it makes sense to feed your plants anymore nutes? Do not feed nutes. Your really risking over fertilizing. East nute burn. That dirt is loaded with nutes that release themselves every time you water. Just a heads up.
