Grab some Capt. Jacks Bug Brew ( spinosad ) .... perfectly safe for use on cannabis ... treat upper and lower parts of leaf / stem ... light mist to top soil.

This insecticide is what is a “ broad spectrum “ treatment ... meaning it covers varies types of garden pests . Read label for application instructions . Available at most garden centers and home improvement stores.

Already got it broskii just need verification! I have that and doctor zymes to rotate. Anyother recommendations. Also I’m going to assume that’s from the thrips (the leaves)
 
that pic is a thrip!!! there are probably smaller ones that you can't see and they lay eggs inside the leaves
