Looks like one, but the picture is not very clear. Are you seeing any damage?

Yes there's damage. That's what got me looking. They are so tiny it's hard to see

The second pic is more blurry, but I'm 99% sure thats a thrip. Lots of different treatment options, especially if your're still in veg. Does it appear to have wings? Adults have wings, the nymph stage looks very similar, without wings.

The ones i see don't but as I started looking I see flying insects for sure. I'm not in veg anymore. about 25 days in
