throat hashed

how long does the curing process take for the throat to not feel so hashed? everytime i smoke my own weed my throats all fucked.

IF you harvested at a proper time and not too early, and IF it was dried properly, a decent cure can be done in as little as three weeks or so. I refuse to even touch anything for a minimum of at least 6 weeks, but that's just me. Could possibly be too much added nutrients still in the bud, or harvested too soon. If you used nutrients, did you flush them out for a while? Was the plant actually mature and ready to be cut? Was it too dry or too moist when you started curing? How long did you jar before you started smoking on it?
