Ok, so I did a rough estimate of what the yield was...I have 6 Mason jars with approx. 60-70 grams per jar...So, it's roughly somewhere around a gram per watt...I know...not great yield. I was hoping for a super unique phenotype, but it turned out to be good..but not great. It smells fruity...potency is not that high -unless it's possibly a higher CBD phenotype...? I dunno..probably just a mediocre phenotype...Thats what happens sometimes with regular seeds. I'll try to get some trimmed/dried bud pics up soon. They look pretty nice!

I have grown Mothertongue twice before and one phenotype was great and the other was not so much. This one was somewhere in between.

The light(s) performed fantastically and I can't say enough about the great Timber Grow Lights Company -Dan and all the people there who have been so helpful...Thanks @RainDan!

Feel free to ask any questions if you want! This is my first "official" grow journal so I know it wasn't the most accurate or best kept notations...but life happens and at least I got something loaded finally! ;)

don't feel bad, i have grown numerous TGA subcool strains and still havent found any that are really potent, most taste good but lack potency, right now im running their chernobyl which is supposedly their strongest. grats on the haul and happy growing next run

Great job of spreading that girl out for many tops. Do you like the 660 bars enough that you would suggest buying them? Any idea what they would cost? Also will you be doing the DLS again or back to 12/12?

Actually, before I could give a real answer in regards to the red bars, I would have to do some A/B runs with and without them....and I would also have to run some clones to be sure...BUT, they do add extra photons in a range that plants use so I'm sure they do something positive. As far as cost...since mine are prototypes I can't provide what the cost would be for a "street-ready" version. @RainDan could let you know.

As far as DLS...I will try it again, but for the next run, I want to go back to the standard 12/12 and use that method until I get a few phenotypes I like and cut some clones from them. That way, I will be able to better compare the results on future runs. But the Gas Lantern Technique for vegging was surprisingly successful. The only thing that bugs me is that I can't be 100% sure that using these lighting techniques may/may not have caused morphological changes in the plant chemistry. But it was definitely interesting and worth trying out first-hand.

Thanks, man! I found a really nice phenotype of this strain on a previous run....very spicy and strong flavor. But, yeah, I have heard this about TGA strains before. I was mainly hoping for a strong flavor -big terpenes...but just didn't happen this time. The real bummer is that this is also the only flavor I got this run because of the way the dice rolled. It would have been nice to have another flavor just for the variety. But, I will make a few trips to the rec store for some of that good, good Gorilla Glue and use that as my contrasting flavor!

I like spicy strains, most don't but i think it's kinda more of an old school flavor that pleases me, you a colorado grower?
