Timber Fatty VS+ for 5x5 Flowering?

Would you recommend the Fatty VS+ for a 5 x 5 Flowering tent or should I go with one of the other Fatty versions by Timber? I want the absolute best LED light for the flower tent.

Also, two HLG 600H for a 4x8 Veg/Mom tent? Or perhaps 3 or 4 of the Pre-Assembled 260 WATT XL LED Quantum Board Kits for that 4x8 space? Why are these options so much less expensive than the HLG 550? Does the 550 offer something that the others don’t?

I just want the best LED lights for the two tents. Looking for ready to go lights as I don’t have the time to be trying to build one out. Thanks in advance

550 is a plug and play fixture and much more refined. I would do quantums for flower and veg but I love the quantum boards. Also your money will go a lot further if you just buy board and heatsink combos then source your drivers and other stuff. Plus if you just get single or double slate 2s then you can position and spread the boards for whatever suits your grow best. Wireing drivers and hanging boards is not that difficult.

Do the kits lack something essential that the 550 has as a standard? Can I hang the other lights as they are or would I have to add something that the 550 has included?

If you get the kit you can use it as is. May have to do a little assembly or wiring depending on options. If you want adjustable yo-yo’s You will need that

I bought a hlg550, and I absolutely love the light. If I had to repurchase, I would definitely go with the hlg600. Lower price, higher wattage, and the kits can be put together by a toddler, they're almost completely fool proof, plenty of videos on YouTube walking you through it. I was using a 600W hid on super lumens pulling around 700W, with the 515W I'm using now I get a much better spread of light, and the penetration down into the canopy is truly amazing. I really like these qb's, they're a game changer.
