TIme Frame from seedling to harvest????

Hey guys just wondering.... When you buy seeds from a seedbank and the description says flowering time: 60-70 days..., Does that mean from seedling to harvest or is that from the end of vegatative to harvest? (just flowering period)

just flowering mate, you can go straight in to flowre, but that isnt a good idea if you want a nice yield, veg it for about 6 weeks (2ft before flower) imo.

11 weeks in flower + veg time of 0 to what ever.
