Time is running out...

Hi guys!
This is my girl. She is a Royal Critical Automatic just about to turn 14 weeks old. I waited as you guys suggested but now I'm exactly two weeks away from leaving for a two weeks vacation. So I'm really running out of time...especially if I want to have at least one week for drying and one week of curing where I can check that everything go as planned.
So...you guys are the experts. If you say that one week of drying time is enough to know that I'm leaving my buds in a safe condition I will let her grow another week.
A friend of mine can take care of the curing time but not of the drying time because I have to do it in the grow room with the scrub filter.
She is still growing... as you can see that there are some green new calyx with white pistils...
What do you guys suggest me to do?

Without a loupe to check trichs ya won't know for sure, but lookin at the pic I'd say cut whenever your ready. She's started using up her reserves, evident by the fade on the leaves in the bud.

The leaves gone bad because of a nutrient lockup about one month ago solved with a flush. The buds doubled in size since then but as you well know, leaves that has gone lime in color and then yellow, will not come back to a beautiful green color. The plant wasn't able to absorb nutrient from the ground and started to eat lower leaves. I haven't been fast enough to recognize the problem and it climbed up to the top leaves. Fortunately the buds kept growing and there is absolutely no mold or rot what so ever.

Premature maybe, as I said unfortunately I can let it grow maybe another week.
I won't say "roasted to death" maybe a bit on the top. What the picture doesn't show is that top looks brown but it is actually purple-ish.
That's a photo of her about 2 weeks ago, as you can see the nutrient lockup was still climbing up to the top...

You should be checking the maturity of the trichomes...Not looking at all the other moving parts..Waiting for more growth while allowing current THC to degrade compromises your harvest at this point..All the little red hairs are an indicator you can see without the loop

view with 60x jewellers loop (magnifying glass)...want between 5-20% amber) ..less amber more uplifting..more amber more couch lock..As Trichome begin to turn Amber THC is degrading..I'm guessing at 14 weeks your at or already past prime as its an Auto.
Most Autos will begin flowering at 3-5 weeks..8-10 weeks flowering would be a typical range.

Thank you Herb & Sud, but you are not helping in any way with these comments. I've understood your opinion but I can't travel back in time and avoid the nutrient lockup that happened. This is what I got and this is what I'm sure I will be happy with anyway.
Again, I'm here because I only have 2 weeks before I leave an I have to decide if chop it as it is and follow the drying and curing time for two weeks or wait another week and then just give the buds one week of drying time and leave everything to a friend to keep an eye on the curing period.

Some people just get a kick outta bein a dick about it... Personally I'd give a lil over a week for drying but I'm in Ireland and its quite cool here. Boveda packs will make the curing job easier for your friend

As for drying and curing..
You wont be able to do it properly..You don't have the time..and it wont be watched properly..
I would suggest following normal protocol..chop and hang till you can get a branch to snap as opposed to bend..then rather than put it in jars to burp and cure..put it in a brown paper bag to finish..Your big risk is mold..got to get the moisture level down slowly..but you dont have the time..

I saw a lot of people go way above the 6-7 week of flowering that Royal Queen Seed "suggests" on the data sheet. My plant is actually today at the end of the 10th week of flowering. I'm sure I've messed her up a bit but what ever I've done wrong to her theached me how to properly water her with the right PH and the right ppm...stuff that I didn't know nothing about 4 weeks ago :dunce:

My idea was to leave her in the grow room with the inline fan running to keep the air moving and also use another little fan blowing directly toward the buds...do you think that this might be ok?

this
paper bags, not fully closed with the dried buds inside. packed fairly loose too. Then get your buddy to wave the bags around in the air a bit every 2 days. Give the bags a light shake, open them,
If getting your buddy to watch the cure while you're gone is too much, you could just leave them flat on a screen in your vented area, but put a light covering over them.

Here I have about 26-27 °C all day and bout 60% humidity but I can turn on the dehumidifier if it will help

My buddy should not have any problem to do so.
So you suggest to use a light? I thought they should be kept in the dark. So I might let them inside the grow room with the fan running and maybe 1 on 5 lights turned on
