Time-released fert soil...

I reaized I have some "perfect-mix" soil. Which I'm guessing is a time release soil because it says it has enough nutrients for 9 months. I have a seedling growing in it for 3 days who has been doing fine. Although is there anyway to get rid of the ferts?

Just keep the PH of ur water anywhere between 7.0 to 7.4.....7.4 being the least amount of nute intake. U can even try goin down to 6.9,6.8 if ud like. But i would play it safe and stay at 7...if the plant starts needin a bit more nuts, then drop it to 6.8.

Alright, thanks guys. Would filling it up multiple times with water, then letting it drain out help get the ferts out?
