time released nutrients?

I've heard of such things but can anyone recommend anything? I am looking to looking to feed my ladies without going out to the grow location as much as possible...

Osmocote from walmart is nice, follow the directions with dosage.

when plant ar older for 2-3 weeks dont feed when older giv them tomato nutrites and when its starts flowering giw them flower nutrites

Use Nutricote instead of Osmocote if you can find it. It is made in Japan the commercial nurseries in Hawaii all use Nutricote. They all said that is much better then Osmocote because of consistent even release with heavy watering, versus Osmocote that leaches to much in heavy watering.
