Time to flush - or a little too early? I feel stupid.

FloraKleen during the grow to remove excess salts & fertilizer build-up
Ouch! I hate fertilizer build-up, thats death to a plant if not flushed just gotta use more run-off or less feed.
Whats wrong with that plant in the pic though? She still looks like she got some time? Did you flush it lol?

Ya she actually has like 2 more weeks by the look of the Trichs, but the guy I scored the clones from said no matter what chop @ day 63?Its his production strain Blue Dream Sativa Dom 80/20 Indica. He grows lots of Bo's of this strain so I took his advice & started my final 10 day flush 2 days ago.

you can use something like sledgehammer to flush your salts and excess nutes away. or you can flush with plain water, or simply put. Stop adding nutes to your water for last 2 weeks. you can add a sugar / molasses mix. i notice that my buds will get puffy and airy when i add the sugar mix at the end. I call it the nute flush when i just water the last 2 weeks.. after cropping the plant, i then let dry and use an additive (sledgehammer) to pound out the salts, no plant in pot at this point, i use 3.5 gallons with sledgehammer and then let drain for hours or a day. I then rinse with 3.5 gallons of just water. let dry and pour in my medium tub for next round.

Anyways ill say it again, aim for a better feed scedule instead of aiming for that 2 week flush. The flush is a band-aid fix for an overfed plant. An overfed plant is not a happy plant. We all know happy plants produce! They hate being oxygen deprived in flower

Currently i don't use bottles I've been recycled organic soil for a couple years. But when i did ive used botanicare,ff,gh,an,dyna, and a few other select bottles. Botanicare and dyna were the best for me imo because they were easy to use and actually hard to burn my plants with. The thing is, they all do the same thing. Think about a basic feed of 3-2-3 throughout veg and flower and only add secondary/micro nutes when needed. Water/water/feed/water/water/feed dont let the run-off touch the drainage on the bottom. Water till run-off and dont go crazy on the feed and you will not need a flush.
