Timing question - when to stop feeding/flush

I've done some research, and I _think_ I have my answer, but I want to run it by others and make sure I am not way off base.

Got 3 different clones in the ground. Marked the days they showed flowers. It's my understanding the flowers show up in the second week of the flowering stage. Tuesday will mark 28 days since the first two showed flowers other than pre-sex, so that would be week 5 of flowering, right? The other is about five days behind. My plan is to feed them the subsequent Friday (plus one more week for the laggard) , then stop after that, give them one good watering afterwards and then let them finish up. Assuming my numbers are correct.

Right now I'm only seeing the tips of a few pistils start to change from white, but just the very tips. Shade leaves are starting to turn a lighter green, no yellowing yet. I also read somewhere that when you get your first full colored pistil that is around week 5, but I'm not seeing any yet. Just want to verify my timing on when it's roughly two weeks till harvest. Am I off base, close to the mark? Need to be schooled?

In organic soil - soil, not buckets, with some additional Earth Juice feeding, some LST training. Kind of a last moment decision, next year I'll have sunnier spots staked out that have been prepped this fall with compost. The Jack Skellington is suffering from being in a narrow raised bed, and near a squash with powdery mildew, though I think keeping the brix high has helped it resist it for the most part. The Strawberry Cough is too shaded, that ^%$&ing almond tree is coming down this winter. The Querkle is in a good spot and the best of the crowd.

You don't need to flush being outdoors and organic. Feed them all the way and with a slow dry and short cure they will be awesome. Nice work!

Thanks. I've been using EJ Microblast, Catalyst, Bloom, Grow and Meta-K in weekly small doses, along with small amounts of cal-mag. Didn't want to use a lot, since they are in pretty good compost mix. I know it wants a lot though, but I didn't want to over-fertilize.

I was under the impression I should at least knock off the Catalyst (mostly kelp meal and molasses) as it's good for the plant to exhaust it's sugar reserves at the end. Is that a good idea?

A lot of folks go water only the last week and some keep feeding. I usually see water consumption greatly reduce in the last couple weeks so I don't really think it matters much if you know how to properly dry and cure. I just harvest when they finally look ready and that can take a while to play out so I'm usually maintaining a feed regimen until a day or two before chop.
