Timing!

Hey all, iam at my first growths end, but i dont know when i should stop whit the nuts for the last 2 weeks of only water.

I use supernatural brand, iam going to start whit bud blaster and super boost in 2 days, and these nuts are iam going to give the plants for 2 weeks but i dont know when i have a month left before harvest.

i put the plants on 12/12 at 17 april (4 weeks ago tomorrow ) and i grow northern light ( 7-8 )weeks flower time.
so is it just to start whit the final nuts for 2 weeks now and then only water 2 weeks and then they should be ready right ?

If your plant has only been flowering for 4 weeks how are you almost finished? You still have 4 weeks minimum left. Also, why stop using nutrients? What exactly is that going to do? Not what you read on this or another weed forum, but think on it for a minute. What is that actually going to accomplish? Not feeding your continually growing plant for two weeks.

ppl say that in the 2 final weeks to just give the plants water so no nutes are left when i going for harvest, so thats wrong ?

People say a lot of things without actually understanding why they say it. It doesn't make what they're saying factual or logical.

With that said, I see no logical/factual reason as to why you would stop using nutrients during the grow.

the weed can taste bad if you use nuts all way to harvest is what ppl saying, but idk its my first grow.

I'm well aware of what people say in regards to that. People also say to harvest when you see 50% amber trichomes, despite proof all over the internet that amber trichomes are degraded THC-> CBN (Cannabinol). A weak psychoactive metabolite of THC. Basically it's wasted THC. Why would anyone do that? Yet people all over the internet and weed forums keep spewing that stupid.

ppl are wrong, there are no nutes in buds, ppl should read a botany book instead of things posted in forums. nutes are converted to sugars and carbs within the plant and understanding a proper cure is what makes em taste good. You can't flush nutes out of a bud but some ppl will never get it LOL

That's what happens when something stays illegal for as long as cannabis has. No proper research papers are produced on the subject and all of the questions are left to stoners which honestly are mostly idiots.

Like Mr 2 shim said. Do not flush. The last week or two is when your buds do some serious swelling. Don't take away the food they need at the most important time. If you have multiple plants, flush one and feed the other then you will see for yourself. The one you flush will have LESS weight than the one that was feed till the end. They will taste the same. Nutes are not stored in the buds. Please don't buy into the canna-tales. I have done side by side test with sister clones, you can trust me but I suggest you experiment for yourself.

Flushing is for toilets.
