ps the outher sprouts that took off r at like 2 - 3 inchs and the tallst of the tiny 2 is 1/4 inch and the one smaller is the one wit all the crystls

I usually make sure I wash everything down with a weak bleach solution before germing seeds. You should be able to get rid of those magic "crystls" with an anti-fungal spray.
