Do these bugs 'jump' if you try touching their hind ends with a toothpick? If so you might have springtails, more info here:

http://www.paghat.com/springtails.html

They are harmless and are actually a good sign. If you look closely at the soil of your plant right after you water, you might also see them crawling around on there. Make sure you get one to jump to make sure they are really springtails!

They don't jump with legs, they have a weird modified tail like a spring that flips them into the air (hence their name). :p

Those are some nice pics of the bugs! They really don't look like thrips though.

Have you noticed any damage on the leaves that could be caused by thrips? I'm sure you can find some pics of what thrip damage looks like on google.

I don't know why it won't let me remove that pic of fungus gnat larva, just ignore it. :/

Check out this site, it has a great picture of a springtail (the tiny white bug) next to the larva of something else (the really big bug). I really think those are springtails in the pictures you posted. They look like it and they are the right size. All the other bugs mentioned are bigger.

this is what thrip damage looks like but i have spider mites too so its hard to tell who's doing the damage.either way i'm pretty sure there thrips and i ordered some spinosad already the only thing is i have not seen them fly around and that should be the next step for thrips.

As I posted in the other thread, that thrip larvae doesn't quite look like the pictures you took with your camera. Although, if you have spider mites, thrips are really of no concern anymore. Getting rid of those spider mites will take some major effort.
