Tiny white spots- leaf darkening?

You got some good advice their.Don't believe everything you read,at times you are going to have to touch it,turn leaves up to look at the undersides,bend the tops to look between laterals etc.I never fertilize until the third set of leaves.Problem with reading is somethings can seem a little complicated,and nothing counts like experience.Marijuana in it's infant stage is a little tinder,but they will toughen up quick.Don't be afraid to pick out a few to experiment with.Maybe if you fondled your plants hourly you might impart enough oil from your hands to harm them, other wise it will be fine,you can use q-tips too for certain things.Don't be afraid to pinch tops,remove leaves etc.No one likes to loose a plant,especially when they are 10.00 a seed or more,or they are a hard to find strain.Don't be timid,even experienced growers make lots of mistakes.I wish you the best,make your grows fun,and a learning experience with each grow and you will do well,get upset and stressed out,and the fun ceases.

take the hose from your sink and spray that shit and try to wipe it off. oils in your finger is crap, i touch my plants all the time and it doesn't hurt them at all. if that stuff is just dirt then you're shitting on yourself over nothing.
that looks like a perfectly healthy plant with some shmutz on it to me.
see if it comes off with a wet paper towel

are you sure its supposed to bend like that?...yes....are you SURE its supposed to bend like that?....yes!.....is it supposed to snap in half like that?.......what are you doing with those scissors?!.....
